We're looking for a true golf-obsessed closer who can talk the game all day and sell packages without needing hand-holding.
What You'll Do
This isn't a desk job — you'll be on calls, in DMs, and closing deals every single day.

Sell golf packages, memberships, and experiences to golfers and golf groups over phone, text, and video.
Own the Full Cycle
Run a full sales cycle: prospecting, follow-up, handling objections, and closing.
Speak the Language
Talk golf confidently: courses, formats (scramble, match play, stroke play), handicaps, gear, and travel.
Manage Your Pipeline
Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in our CRM and hit aggressive monthly targets.
Protect the Brand
Protect the GreenLinks brand by being sharp, honest, and reliable in every interaction.
Non-Negotiables
Don't Apply If…
- You are not already comfortable talking golf with real golfers.
- You are looking for a place to "learn sales" from scratch.
- You need scripts for every word and constant direction.
Apply If…
- You already live in golf content (YouTube, podcasts, PGA/LIV, equipment, course reviews) and can hold your own in a golf conversation today.
- You've closed deals before (phone, Zoom, DMs, door-to-door, etc.) and enjoy the pressure of targets.
- You're the type to do your own homework: research our brand, offerings, competitors, and bring ideas on day one.
Before We Talk
To even get an interview, you must complete all three.
Research Us
Research GreenLinks Golf HQ and be able to explain what we do in your own words.
Know Your Golf
Know the basics of: handicap, tee box, par vs birdie vs bogey, scramble vs stroke play, and at least 5 well-known courses or destinations.
Send a Video
Send a short video (2-4 minutes) selling yourself as our next golf closer and demonstrating you can speak golf and ask for the sale.
What to Expect
We keep it simple — bring results and you'll be rewarded. No politics, no passengers.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of proven sales experience with measurable results.
- Comfort working on commission and being judged by your numbers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, high personal standards, and thick skin.
